Our 4-week Puppy Development Program gives young dogs the essential start they need to become reliable bird dogs. Early socialization, obedience fundamentals, and controlled exposure to birds and gunfire help shape a puppy’s behavior and build confidence. At the same time, we cultivate natural bird drive and attentiveness, providing a solid foundation that prepares them for advanced training and future hunting seasons. The first months truly shape a dog for life, and this program ensures those months are productive, positive, and purposeful.
Puppy Development
Our Upland Program is a 6-week course designed to prepare both you and your dog for success in the field. Throughout the program, we focus on building a reliable and driven hunting companion by strengthening foundational skills tailored to both pointing and flushing breeds. Dogs gain confidence through consistent bird exposure, fieldwork, and exercises that shape natural instinct into purposeful performance. The goal is simple—create a dog that hunts with focus, drive, and cooperation, whether you're working grouse covers, pheasant fields, or chasing wild birds out West.
Upland Training
The Waterfowl Program is a 12-week course designed to develop a blind-ready, dependable hunting dog. Our training focuses on establishing the core skills your dog needs for success in the field, while also equipping you with the knowledge and tools to handle them effectively. Throughout the program, your dog will learn steadiness, confidence in the water and around decoys, and, most importantly, a reliable, controlled retrieve. By combining fieldwork, obedience, and bird exposure, we prepare both dog and handler for real-world hunting situations, creating a partner you can trust in the blind.
